Wynn Las Vegas Launches Winemaker Dinner Series
World-renowned vintners will descend on Wynn Las Vegas as part of the resort’s all-new Winemaker Dinner Series. Kicking off January 2019, some of the most acclaimed names in the industry will visit Wynn’s restaurants and take wine enthusiasts on a journey through their vineyards as the resort’s executive chefs create exclusive pairing menus to complement each selection (Pictured: Christian Moueix of Château La Fleur Pétrus)

SW Steakhouse – Monday, January 14. Reception at 6:30 p.m. with dinner to be served at 7 p.m.
The Winemaker Dinner Series commences at SW Steakhouse with a rare evening alongside Christian Moueixas. Guests will indulge in a selection of Château La Fleur Pétrus vintages including the highly-anticipated 2015 from the man whose father was legendary winemaker Jean-Pierre Moueix. Executive chef David Walzog will serve up a multi-course menu complete with salt roasted beets, roasted squab, 80-day dry aged long bone rib roast and more.
The dinner is priced at $395 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Maya Dalla Valle and Naoko Dalla Valle host Wynn Winemaker Dinner Series
Founder and Proprietor of Dalla Valle Vineyards Naoko Dalla Valle is joined by her daughter Maya Dalla Valle, director of Dalla Valle Vineyards for an evening with some of Napa Valley’s most sought-after premium wines. Executive chef David Walzog once again creates a customized menu showcasing the winery’s vintages including the Maya 2015 vintage which currently has a year-long waitlist. Guests will also have the rare opportunity to purchase at the event.
The dinner is priced at $495 per person plus tax and gratuity.
- Vintner for a day with Joseph Spellman of Justin Vineyards
Lakeside – Friday, March 29 at 4 p.m.
Wynn’s executive director of wine, Mark Thomas, joins master sommelier Joseph Spellman of Justin Vineyards for an interactive winemaking workshop. Attendees transform into wine makers as they blend Justin’s Cabernet Sauvignon with the winery’s Cabernet Franc and Merlot in an effort to replicate the flavor of their world-famous Isosceles Paso Robles wine. A judging of the resulting blends is to be followed by a tasting and special multi-course dinner by executive chef David Walzog.
The dinner is priced at $195 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Wing Lei – Thursday, April 11. Reception at 6:30 p.m. with dinner to be served at 7 p.m.
Bringing Germany to Las Vegas, Erni Loosen curates a tasting of his world-famous Rieslings that will complement a coursed dinner menu. Wine enthusiasts learn the ins and outs of the award-winning Loosen Rieslings from the man who was named Germany’s Winemaker of the Year in 2001.
The dinner price is $295 plus tax and gratuity.
