1Farm Local Food Farm Festival to Premiere at Springs Preserve Sept. 8
The inaugural 1Farm Local Food Farm Festival, a partnership between Red Mercury Entertainment and Las Vegas entertainment attorney Robert Reynolds, will shine a spotlight on sustainability with a family friendly culinary and entertainment event from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Springs Preserve in Las Vegas (Pictured: Norm Schilling, host of KNPR’s Desert Bloom).  

The valley’s top urban gardeners, local farmers, sustainably-minded food and beverage vendors and chefs  will conduct fun and informative workshops, tastings and demonstrations while showcasing and selling their sustainable products, ranging from organic produce, food, beer, wine and more. Family-appropriate entertainment and programming will include a local farm petting zoo, gardening demonstrations and green practice showcases with entertainment areas and festival stages scattered throughout the Springs Preserve’s entire 108 acres.
