A Leadoff Home Run: Pete Rose Bar & Grill Introduces New Breakfast Menu Available Daily
The new Pete Rose Bar & Grill, located on the Las Vegas Strip directly across from Aria Resort & Casino, has introduced breakfast now available from 7 to 11 a.m. daily (Pictured: Cap’n Crunch French Toast – Photo credit: Rey Paiz).
Created and executed by Executive Chef Brian Littlejohn, the new breakfast menu features an array of omelets, eggs, sides, savory items and signature Home Plates, with all items priced between $5 and $14.
Eggs with Rashers Irish Bacon
Omelets, priced at $11, include ham and cheese, Philly cheese steak, chili and cheese and a Spanish variety and are served with breakfast potatoes and a choice of toast. Eggs, also served with breakfast potatoes and a choice of toast, come complete with Rashers Irish bacon for $11, a bone-in ham steak for $14 and bacon or sausage for $10. Additional sides, priced between $5 and $8, include biscuits and gravy, breakfast fries, yogurt parfait, muffins, rolls and fruit, among others.
Signature breakfast items at the home of the Hit King include Peanut Butter Cap’n Crunch french toast, apple cinnamon waffles, a breakfast quesadilla, breakfast burrito and breakfast flatbread – topped with bacon, arugula, cheese and fried egg – among other favorites.
