American Casino & Entertainment Properties Donate $10,000 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Henderson
The American Casino & Entertainment Properties through its Community Connection presents a check for $10,000 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Henderson.
“A contribution to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Henderson is more than a donation. It is an investment in the youth of the community,” said Arthur Keith, president and general manager for the Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower.
Since 1954, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Henderson has worked to provide every child it serves with the essential tools needed for a successful and bright future through a variety of daily creative, fun and educational programs. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Henderson has five locations throughout southern Nevada, serving over 8,000 youth in Henderson, Pahrump and North Las Vegas.
“We appreciate the support of American Casino & Entertainment Properties. Their contribution will allow us to expand our programs to the youth in underserved areas throughout the valley,” said Michael Meyer, chief executive officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Henderson.
The American Casino & Entertainment Properties’ Community Connection is the company’s charitable giving component focused on community service activities based on the following goals: encouraging ACEP employees to be active in community service; being a good community partner where ACEP employees and their families live; and targeting youth, educational and senior charities in the Las Vegas valley.
