Americana Las Vegas to Set the Mood for Valentine’s Day with Lakeside Five Course Dinner
Valentines will dine in a lovely, lakeside setting at Americana Las Vegas on Wednesday, Feb. 14, while taking in a flavorful, five-course dinner by executive chef and owner, Stephen Blandino

The dinner will begin with an amuse bouche of Kusshi oyster with lime caviar, kiwi and ice wine gel; followed by cured Ora king salmon with beet variations and citrus cells. The third course is Alaskan halibut with Belgian leeks, celery root and ruby red grapefruit; and the fourth course is American Kobe-style strip steak with yam puree, root vegetables and a truffle reduction. A romantic dessert includes a choice between Meyer lemon berry tart and green apple sorbet with mint coulis; and warm chocolate lava cake with vanilla bean gelato.

The dinner is priced at $125 per person, with the option to add wine pairings for an additional price per diner.

Reservations for Valentine’s Day are being accepted now, available online at OpenTable or by calling 702-331-5565.
