B&B Burger & Beer Brings Out its Best for National Burger Month

Now available, B&B Burger & Beer is serving its seasonal selection: the Elk Burger. This seasonal burger features 6 oz. of elk on a potato bun with almond brown butter, asiago cheese, pickled cherry chutney and arugula.
While supplies last, B&B is also currently serving its secret item, The Molto Burger. It is not included in the menu but it is a favorite among guests who know to ask for it. This secret burger is made from ground 90-day dry aged beef (the same beef used for steaks at the award-winning Carnevino Italian Steakhouse) and has a bold, well-rounded flavor, which makes for a superior hamburger.
As for the regular menu, B&B’s collection of signature burgers include:
- The Drive-Thru: Two Griddled Patties, Sesame Seed Bun, American Cheese, Lettuce and Tomatoes with B&B Pickles
- The Really Good: Potato Bun, Heritage Bacon, Gorgonzola, Onion and Chianti Mustard
- The Morning After: Sautéed Mushrooms, Fontina, Sunny Side Egg, Truffle Aioli, Friseé
B&B Burger & Beer is the bright, casual restaurant at The Venetian Las Vegas. B&B Burger’s menu features Mario Batali’s playful interpretation of classic American burger fare.
