The “build your own dessert” selection, priced at $10, includes a base, choice of ice cream, choice of sauce and choice of topping. Options include:

  • Bases: sour cherry stout brownie, brown sugar creme brûlée, vanilla bean cheesecake mousse, milk chocolate praline puff, cinnamon churros, carrot cake bread pudding
  • Ice Creams: vanilla, malted chocolate, pumpkin mascarpone, cinnamon bun, rosemary pear sorbet, raspberry limoncello sorbet,
  • Sauces: dark chocolate fudge, bourbon anglaise, forest berry coulis, Chantilly, caramel apple compote, passionfruit curd
  • Toppings: spiced oat streusel, pineapple meringue kisses, chocolate chip sea salt cookie, bittersweet chocolate shard, pistachio shortbread, cocoa nib caramel corn, peanut brittle, coconut porter marshmallow

Public House’s “Ditch the Milk and Cookie Pairing” includes four beer selections paired with four house-made, gourmet cookies. Priced at $20, pairing options include:

  • Unibroue La Fin du Monde paired with an apricot clove thumbprint
  • Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin paired with a grapefruit white chocolate macaron
  • Avery Ellie’s Brown Ale paired with a coffee butter cookie button
  • Maui Coconut Hiwa Porter paired with an almond nutella sablé
