Bite Into the Big Game at Holsteins Shakes and Buns and Flour & Barley
Let’s face it — one of the best parts of the big game is the food. Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza and Holsteins Shakes and Buns, two of the Strip’s favorite eateries, will be offering team-themed specials for the big event (Pictured: Holsteins New England Crabby Patty).
Flour & Barley will be offering two touchdown dance-worthy pies in honor of the participating Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots. The Eagles pie, a Philly Cheese Steak pizza ($17.50), will be topped with sliced beef, cheese wiz, mushroom and pepper; while the Evil Empire Roll ($19), an ode to the Patriots, will come with old bay cream sauce, lobster, celery and parsley.
If burgers are more your speed, head down the road to Holsteins Shakes and Buns, which will be hostings its Sunday game day brunch in addition to offering two meaty, team-themed burgers. Eagles fans can sink their teeth into the Pretzel Philly Roll Burger, a dry-aged beef patty topped with shaved prime rib, mushroom, grilled onion, provolone and cheese wiz on a pretzel bun ($19.50); while Patriots enthusiasts can enjoy the New England Crabby Patty, a dry aged beef patty topped with lobster salad, creamy cole slaw, remoulade sauce, lettuce, tomato and onion ($20).
