The highly acclaimed Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill will make its debut inside Red Rock Resort on January 25, 2019. Bruce and Eric Bromberg, brothers, chefs and co-founders of Blue Ribbon Restaurants, will mark the long-anticipated return of Blue Ribbon Sushi with an all-new Japanese-style restaurant and bar featuring an indoor and outdoor dining experience complete with a traditional 12-seat walnut sushi bar, a roofed cocktail bar with patio seating and a festive outdoor beer garden known as a Kanpai Garden (Pictured: Blue Ribbon Oxtail Fried Rice)

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill will offer guests contemporary Japanese cuisine with a carefully curated menu showcasing the Bromberg Brothers’ dedication to the tradition of pristine quality fish and family style Japanese fare. Led by Executive Chef Fernando Sposato and Executive Sushi Chef Setsuji Mitsui, guests will be treated to some of the well-known Blue Ribbon classics such as “Blue Ribbon Style” Fried Chicken with wasabi honey; Half Rack Duroc Pork Ribs with black vinegar glaze, crispy rice and bacon bits; Oxtail Fried Rice with braised oxtail, daikon, shiitake, bone marrow, and egg; and Salt and Pepper Shrimp with lemon ponzu and spicy lettuce, to name a few.

In addition, guests can enjoy Japanese-inspired favorites such as Crispy Rice with spicy tuna, avocado, truffle oil and eel sauce; Maguro Zuke, soy marinated tuna; Mizuna and Asian Pear Salad; Pork Belly Teppan with upland cress and pickled red onion; Tuna Poke with wakame and scallions; as well as various preparations of authentic Kagoshima A5 Wagyu; Omakase sushi and sashimi patters and much more. The restaurant will also serve up an extensive wine, beer, sake, and cocktail list.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill, Designed by AsfourGuzy Architects out of NYC, drawing inspiration from a meandering Tokyo street scene features recycled walnut wood bars, cedar huts, communal tables, laser cut illuminated metal screens, chochin paper street lanterns and vibrant glazed Japanese tilework to evoke excitement and a convivial mood.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill will join an incredible existing culinary line up at Red Rock Resort that includes Scott Conant’s Masso Osteria, T-bones Chophouse, 8 Noodle Bar and Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, along with several other leading restaurants such as Yardhouse, Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, the Grand Café and the Feast Buffet.
