Bowl 4 The Kids to Raise Funds for Patients without Medical Insurance July 30

Bowl 4 The Kids to Raise Funds for Patients without Medical Insurance July 30
All bowlers — from novice to professional — are invited to join hundreds of other supporters for the 6th Annual Bowl 4 The Kids extravaganza happening Saturday, July 30, 2016, at the Strike Zone Bowling Center inside Sunset Station.

While bowlers will enjoy three bowling games, a commemorative t-shirt, pizza and other treats, there will also be special activities for kids including face-painting, balloon animals by Tawney Bubbles and roving characters!

What is most significant about this event is that proceeds will support Cure 4 The Kids Foundation’s Charity Care Program. It ensures all children who are in need of specialized treatment at the Children’s Specialty Center or the Hemophilia Treatment Center are never turned away because they can’t pay for treatment or do not have medical insurance.

“Our mission at Cure 4 The Kids Foundation is to provide access to specialized medical treatment to all children — even some adults —regardless if they have good insurance, bad insurance or no insurance,” said Annette Logan, Cure 4 The Kids Foundation CEO. “Bowl 4 The Kids is just one of many fundraisers that allow us to provide treatment to all patients who need it.”

In addition to bowling, there will also be a raffle, silent auction and bake sale to raise even more funds for the Charity Care Program.

Last year’s event sold out! Registration is $25 and includes three bowling games. To register, contact Becky Stephenson at (702) 691-5716 or via email bstephenson@cure4thekids.org or use the online registration form: http://goo.gl/forms/9Yd4rdN5PRJHpbhu2
You must register by July 13 to receive a commemorative Bowl 4 The Kids t-shirt on bowling day.

Sunset Station is located at 1301 W. Sunset Road in Henderson.

Patients of the Children’s Specialty Center of Nevada and the Hemophilia Treatment Center of Nevada are free, provided they pre-register. Those who would like to sponsor a patient’s sibling to take part in the event may do so by contacting Dawn Marie Pavuk at (702) 732-0952.
