BRAVO! Cucina Italiana Ushers in 2016 with Two Tasty Three-Course Prix Fixe Meals Dec. 31 – Jan. 2
 BRAVO! Cucina Italiana is ringing in the new year with a weekend- long celebration featuring two, enticing three-course prix fixe meals complete with scrumptious seafood and surf and turf entrées (Pictured: Cannoli Crumble).

The countdown to 2016 takes place on New Year’s Eve, but the celebration continues through Jan. 2 as the Italian restaurant offers diners a memorable meal, which includes an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Guests can toast to the new year in style with a specialty glass of chardonnay or cabernet sauvignon, which were selected specifically to pair with the holiday menus and are available for an additional $11.95.

The new year’s prix fixe menus include the below options:

Seafood Special $24.95:

Appetizer Choices:

  • BRAVO! Chopped Salad: Freshly chopped greens paired with sweet tomatoes, black olives, red onion, crispy cucumber and Feta cheese finished with a sweet vinaigrette
  • Caesar Salad: Refreshing lettuce topped in a creamy Caesar dressing complete with crunchy house-made croutons
  • Insalata Della Casa: Chopped greens topped with juicy tomatoes, cucumbers and savory bacon, finished in a rich Parmesan cheese dressing
  • Soup of the Day: A dish chosen by the chef, guests can ask their server for the seasonal selection
  • Lobster Bisque: A creamy seafood interfusion complete with succulent sautéed shrimp (option available for $1 extra)

Entrée:

  • Shrimp & Lobster Campanelle: Al dente campanelle noodles with decadent pieces of shrimp and lobster, sautéed mushrooms, green onions and juicy tomatoes complete with pesto bread crumbs and finished in a spicy lobster butter sauce

Dessert Choices:

  • Cannoli Crumble: A cannoli pastry crumble filled with sweetened Ricotta cheese and chocolate chips
  • Vanilla Crème Brulee: A rich custard made with sweet vanilla bean and caramelized sugar
  • Warm Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie: A melt-in-your-mouth chocolate brownie topped in a creamy peanut butter ice cream
