BRIO Tuscan Grille to Celebrate in Honor of National Ravioli Day with Half Priced Ravioli Dishes on March 18

Ravioli Di Bello
In celebration of National Ravioli Day, BRIO Tuscan Grille at Town Square Las Vegas will feature select ravioli dishes at half price on Tuesday, March 18.

“The National Ravioli Day celebration is a great way to highlight some of our classics and prepare special menu selections for our guests,” said Matt Harding, head chef and culinary director of BRIO Tuscan Grille.

  • The Crispy Cheese Ravioli Appetizer, a great start to any meal, comes with creamy horseradish and Pomodoro sauces for dipping, and is offered all day for $6.
  • Ravioli Di Bello is a scrumptious Portobello ravioli with Cremini mushrooms, tomatoes, Parmigiano-Reggiano and fresh thyme in a champagne brown butter sauce. BRIO is offering at reduced prices the lunch portion for $5.98, and the dinner portion for $7.73. This dish pairs nicely with a glass of Porta Palo Merlot (Sicily, Italy) for $6.95. Porta Palo, made exclusively for BRIO, perfectly balances the heartiness of the mushrooms.
  • Ravioli Alla Vodka, a special feature for the day, is Ricotta-filled cheese ravioli with pancetta, garlic, basil and a rich tomato cream sauce for $8.95. A glass of the Sartori Family Reserve Pinot Grigio (Veneto, Italy) for $7.75 complements this dish perfectly.
  • Cheese Ravioli Al Forno, offered all day at the reduced price of $7.50, is Ricotta-filled ravioli with housemade tomato and Alfredo sauces, striped with basil pine nut pesto.

Reservations are highly suggested and can be made by calling BRIO at (702) 914-9145. For more information, please visit www.BrioItalian.com. The National Ravioli Day celebration excludes large pans or Kids Menu.
