Bunny Boogie Celebrates Spring: Egg Stroll, Activities and Youth Performers Highlight Event April 11

Clark County Parks and Recreation and CBS Radio celebrate spring with the annual Bunny Boogie event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 11 at Mountain Crest Park, 4701 N. Durango Drive near Lone Mountain Road. Children ages 10 and younger will visit participating booths for their plastic eggs filled with candy and prizes while their families can enjoy the park and other spring activities. Admission to the event is free.

Children can bring their baskets and visit vendors, which will be giving out plastic eggs stuffed with candy and prizes from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. for children ages 1 to 3; from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. for ages 4 to 6 and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. for ages 7 to 10. After children collect their eggs, they can take them to the prize booth to redeem their rewards. There also will be special spring characters to meet and greet families along with face painters, balloon artists, festival rides and more. Additional fees are required for some of the rides.

“American Idol” top 50 finalist Muna Hiluf, the Fulco Family Band and the Kid Fiddlers, will perform live music with local youth dance groups such as Future Shock, Encore Dance and the Winchester Star Catchers.
