Burger Perfection will be “Served” by Chef Matt Meyer on National Burger Day May 28
National Burger Day is May 28 and Served is excited to celebrate! Chef Matt Meyer is obsessed with burger perfection, offering as many as 11 burgers on the menu at any time. All burgers at Served are 12 oz (3/4 lb!) and house-ground from their own special of short rib, rib eye, brisket, and chuck, all Angus, priced from $16-26 (Pictured: Spicy Pork Bulgogi Burger)
Here are some of our favorites:
- Spicy Pork Bulgogi Burger (12 oz of our house beef blend, topped with Spicy Pork Bulgogi, provolone cheese, kimchi, pickled radish, topped with a sunny side egg, brioche bun)
- Pork Belly Pastrami Burger (12oz of our house beef blend, house cured and Smoked Pork Belly (pastrami style), Swiss cheese, coleslaw, 1,000 island dressing )
- Beef Barbacoa Burger (12 oz of our house beef blend, 24 hour Beef Barbacoa, provolone cheese, crispy tortilla, pickled jalapeno, avocado tomatillo salsa, brioche bun)
- Miso Pork Belly Burger (12oz of our house beef blend, marinated slow roasted Pork Belly, provolone, miso arugula salad, tomato, pickle, mayo, brioche bun)
- Short Rib Chili Cheese Burger (12 oz of our house beef blend, chili sauce made from short rib, Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese, tomato, pickle, onion, mustard, brioche bun)
Six-ounce options are also available for those with smaller appetites.
