Cantina Laredo Spices Up Menu with New Fare Offerings; Additions include Tapas, Combination Plates and Daily Lunch Specials
Cantina Laredo, Las Vegas’ go-to spot for Modern Mexican cuisine, rolls out a new menu, offering additions such as crowd-pleasing tapas, combination plates to satisfy even the most indecisive patrons, a wide selection of burritos and daily lunch specials for those on-the-run.
The freshly introduced options include:
- Signature tapas such as the Flautitas, $7.99 (chicken tinga flautas with poblano sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, fresh jalapeno, red onion, avocado, cilantro and queso fresco) and Camaron Y Chorizo Empanadas, $7.99 (filled with chorizo, shrimp, jack cheese and queso fresco, served with chipotle).
- Combination platters such as the Cozumel, $14.99 (cheese chili relleno topped with ranchera sauce and sour cream drizzle, chicken, enchilada with sour cream sauce and poblano drizzle and seasoned ground sirloin enchilada topped with chili con carne and cheddar) and the Guadalajara, $10.29 (chicken enchilada topped with sour cream sauce and poblano drizzle with a seasoned ground sirloin enchilada and beef tamale, both covered in chili con carne, topped with cheddar).
- Burritos such as the Ground Sirloin Burrito, $9.99 (flour tortilla filled with ground sirloin, chipotle wine sauce, roasted poblano and refried beans, topped with chili con queso, tomato and chopped cilantro).
- Daily lunch features such Thursday’s Sopa Y Mango Ensalada, $8.99 (tortilla soup served with mesclun salad mix with mint leaves, jicama, red grapes, mango, spicy pumpkin seeds and queso fresco with honey vinaigrette).
