Casa Del Matador Stampedes into Downtown Summerlin July 28
Slated to open July 28, 2016, Casa Del Matador will make its Las Vegas debut at Downtown Summerlin.
With an unparalleled dining and social experience, Casa Del Matador will offer scratch-made, seasonal Mexican cuisine, hand-crafted cocktails and a carefully curated selection of 128 rare tequilas.
Complementing the food and beverage program is Casa Del Matador’s signature artistic interior design, created personally by the founders for each individual location. Highlights include hand-picked lighting from Mexico and Morocco, artisan décor, custom ironwork and sugar skull wallpaper that adorn the walls, and a beautiful hand-crafted bar with golden inlay. Flickering candles and an open floor-to-ceiling fiINSERT will create an amber glow that beckons guests to stay and enjoy the welcoming and intimate ambiance.
Powered by Seattle-based boutique restaurant group Opper Melang Restaurants, the Matador concept extends throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Colorado. This is the first location to open in Nevada, and co-founders Zak Melang and Nate Opper are thrilled to bring it to the Las Vegas valley.
