August 16 is National Rum Day and at Tom’s Urban guests can choose from a variety of rum concoctions such as the Blackbeard, Tom’s Collins and the Rockabilly Juice Punchbowl, all of which are guaranteed to quench your rum thirst (Pictured: Tom’s Collins).
- Tom’s Collins (Bacardi rum, cucumber, mint, Tom’s lemon sour) – Cocktail historian David Wondrich discovered the Tom’s Collins, dating it back to the mid-1800s.
