  • Creamy Leak Soup – Garnished with croutons and chives
  • Fried Brie Cheese – Breaded brie cheese fried golden brown, served with a spring salad bouquet and garnished with parsley and cranberries
  • Traditional Corned Beef & Cabbage – Tender corned beef brisket served with steamed cabbage, carrots and mashed potatoes
