Celebrate the New Year at Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant with Tacos y Tequila
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will ring in the New Year with a “Tacos y Tequila” New Year’s Eve celebration featuring half-priced tequila and discounted tacos on Tuesday, Dec. 31.
Partygoers can enjoy shredded chicken, ground beef or shredded beef tacos topped with pico de gallo, lettuce and shredded cheese for $2.50 from 5 p.m. until close. Half priced tequila pours will also be available from 5 p.m. until close, with over 40 brands of tequila to choose from including Casa Noble, Don Julio 1942 and El Silencio Joven.
Happy hour will also be offered exclusively in the restaurant’s festive cantina from 2 to 7 p.m. The promotion will feature discounted select appetizers and drinks, including $3 off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3 off house wines.
Featured appetizers will include Pancho’s nachos, toasted corn tostaditas layered with beans, covered with cheddar and jack cheeses and topped with diced tomatoes, jalapenos, chives, sour cream and guacamole; botanas especiales los Pancho’s, a combination platter loaded with cheesy flour quesadillas, crispy chicken drumsticks, beef taquitos and chicken flautas, served with sour cream and guacamole; and artichoke and jalapenos con queso, a special blend of melted cheese, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, and slices of jalapeno served in a ceramic skillet.
