On Saturday, June 3 birthday-inspired festivities abound from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. including a free sweet treat, free birthday hat decorating craft and memory capturing photo booth. Party old-school with a full schedule of activities, including Pin the Tail on the Donkey, Hokey Pokey, limbo, musical chairs, and a DJ spinning tunes in the main amphitheater. Be sure to catch a magic show in the Courtyard Plaza. Free treats and party hat activity are first come, first served as quantities are limited to 3,000.

Unwind at the Springs Preserve on Sunday, June 4, and enjoy another free day, exploring exhibits and galleries, Boomtown 1905, and the Botanical Garden.

On June 3 – 4, Springs Preserve museums, galleries and outdoor experiences are free. Fees apply for train tickets, bike rentals, drop-in classes, geodes and Mining Camp.

WHERE: Springs Preserve, 333 S. Valley View Blvd., (Meadows Ln. Between Alta Dr. and U.S. 95)

WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, June 3 – 4, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Free Birthday Activities June 3, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

COST: Exhibits and galleries, Boomtown 1905, and the Botanical Garden are free. Train transfer tickets are $2.00 for non-members, free for members and children 2 and under. Full length train rides are $5 non-members, $3 members, children 2 and under are free. Fees apply for bike rentals, drop-in classes, geodes and Mining Camp.
