Celebrity Colorist Michael Boychuck Predicts Holiday Party Styles

Boychuck, who recently opened his newest salon at Life Time Athletic Green Valley, believes deep honey blonde shades with caramel highlights and ombré coloring will be popular hair colors for women to don during the festive season. These looks will create a warmer look for the colder months ahead.

“Holiday hair trends for 2014 are simple, yet sexy,” Boychuck said. “Both holiday hair and makeup should be elegant, but still casual enough to easily transform from day to night.”
Boychuck says that beautifully styled buns are a classy look for any holiday party. This hairstyle allows women to spice up their holiday look, in addition to vibrant makeup anticipated for this season. Women can add a pop of color with a bright red lip and add neutral shades of eye makeup with long plump lashes to complete the look. For those who want a more casual look, a low side ponytail with accent braids is a classic style that is fun and flirty.
Shiny, neutral and glittery colors are the predicted nail colors for the holiday season this year. The Las Vegas-based colorist to the stars predicts that women will be sporting light pink, white and gray palettes, such as bubblegum pink, stark white and Heather gray.
