Chēba Hut Throws Ranch-Filled Grand Opening Party in Las Vegas
Chēba Hut Toasted Subs celebrated its grand opening on Friday, Oct. 20 in true counter-culture fashion with a ranch chugging contest, ranch wrestling, money showers and more hosted by owner and founder Scott Jennings.
Located on Sahara and Rainbow, this is Chēba Hut’s 20th restaurant and the first location in Nevada.
Hundreds of fans flocked to the restaurant to take part in the night’s shenanigans, that kicked off with a chugging contest of Chēba Hut’s signature ranch dressing. The winner chugged 20 ounces in 18 seconds to win $500 cash and free Chēba for a year.
Ranch wrestling then followed in an inflatable pool filled with more than 200 gallons of the dressing.
Glam showgirls passed out free sandwiches and munchies while DJs played live music, a hula hooper showed off her moves and a local artist spray painted a custom 10-foot canvas.
The night’s festivities ended with Jennings and the Chēba Hut Team throwing money, joints and other gifts from the balcony onto the patio, making it rain on party guests.
