Chef Rick Moonen to be Guest Speaker for LVHA’s Breakfast Meeting at RM Seafood Restaurant July 28
The Las Vegas Hospitably Association (LVHA) will hold a buffet breakfast meeting with Chef Rick Moonen at his famous RM Seafood Restaurant in Mandalay Bay on Thursday, July 28, 2011, at 8 a.m.
Chef Moonen will be speaking about his success in the restaurant business, his passion for sustainable seafood, and his experience on Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters.”
Chef Moonen will have copies of his cookbook, “Fish Without A Doubt: The Cook’s Essential Companion” available for purchase. He will donate a portion of the proceeds of the sale to Three Square, a local non-profit organization with many programs to feed the less fortunate in our community.
In addition, LVHA will be holding a Three Square food drive. Attendees who bring a bag of non-perishable, child-friendly foods such as Vienna Sausage, single serving cereal boxes, fruit cups, trail mix, breakfast bars, etc., will get a raffle ticket for prizes that day.
