Clark County Launches Initiative to Become an ACT Work Ready Community
Clark County, Nevada leaders have officially launched an initiative to become a certified ACT Work Ready Community. The goal is to ensure employee skills match employer needs while helping local educators prepare students for success in the workforce.
ACT Work Ready Communities empower states, regions and counties with data, process and tools that drive economic growth. Participants leverage the ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) to measure and close the skills gap while building common frameworks that link, align and match their workforce development efforts.
