Credit One Bank Donates $25,000 to U.S.Vets-Las Vegas in Support of Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Stars and Stripes Weekend
In celebration of Flag Day, Kyle Larson, driver of the No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Chip Ganassi Racing, showed his support to veterans with the help of Credit One Bank.
Larson kicked off the festivities yesterday by unveiling a new patriotic paint scheme on the No. 42 Credit One Bank Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 that he will race during the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Overton’s 400 at Chicagoland Speedway on Sunday, July 1. Following the reveal, Larson announced a fundraising campaign, in conjunction with Chicagoland, supporting U.S.VETS and local Chicago veteran organizations. Credit One Bank stepped up with a donation of $25,000 to U.S.VETS-Las Vegas.
While in Chicago, Larson visited the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital where he met with veterans while assisting with food distribution. Fifty veterans received tickets to the NASCAR Xfinity Series Overton’s 300 and special Credit One Bank apparel. One lucky veteran received a special surprise when Larson invited them to be a VIP guest of the team at the upcoming Cup Series race at Chicagoland Speedway.
