CSN Career Fairs Help Students Prosper; Students Can Showcase Job Skills to Recruiters for Some of the Region’s Top Employers March 13
The College of Southern Nevada
will soon host its Spring 2019 Career Fair, where dozens of employers will tap the local talent pool to fill hundreds of job opportunities and internships. The Career Fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 13th on CSN’s North Las Vegas Campus in the June Whitley Student Lounge located just inside the main entrance.

The open forum of the Career Fairs allows applicants to mingle with recruiters, learn about job openings and gather information about potential employers. Applicants should dress in interview attire, bring resumes and be prepared for on-the-spot interviews.

“We hold these career fairs throughout the year to help ensure that our students not only graduate, but that they are able to prosper once they leave CSN,” said Bradford Glover, director of the Career Services & Reentry at CSN. “Students and other job seekers get a chance to meet potential employers face to face, so they’re great networking opportunities. They’re also an excellent way for job seekers to learn more about some of the region’s premier employers.”

The wide array of organizations planning to attend include MGM Resorts International, Amazon, Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, the House of Blues, Nike, the Clark County School District, Lowes and many more. For more information or to host an employer booth contact CSN Career Services at 702-651-4700.
