, located on the Springs Preserve property at 333 S. Valley View, will host a hands-on cooking class featuring Greek and Mediterranean cuisines Friday, Feb. 15, 2019 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Chef Garry Velasquez and his team will share their culinary skill and expertise with guests. 

Celebrate delicious and healthy Mediterranean fare at Divine Café to liven up the kitchen with the quintessential cuisine of fresh, fun flavor! OPA at DIVINE is this month’s hands-on cooking experience. “OPA!” expresses joy & triumph over sadness. “DIVINE!” exclaims passion and satisfaction over mundane and the ordinary.

Guests will have full access to a commercial kitchen to learn the best ways to use the most flavorful ingredients and prepare aKrasomezédhes and bradino’.

The cooking class is for guests 21 years and older. Tickets are $89 per person plus tax and includes beer and wine. Limited seating is available and paid reservations are required.

The menu course preparations may include the following: tzatziki, avgolemono, hummus, Mediterranean grilled mezze, saganaki, pickled cheese, briam, spanakopita, dolmades, souvlaki, salt bake pescadero, baklava and lemon yogurt cake.
