Dom Demarco’s Pizzeria & Bar Debuts Giving Menu to Celebrate One-Year Anniversary

Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a month of giving. This December, Summerlin’s favorite pizzeria will offer an exclusive Giving Menu to mark the occasion, in which a portion of the proceeds will benefit a quartet of charities (Pictured: Gram’s Spaghetti and Meatballs). 

To kick off the celebration, Dom DeMarco’s will showcase a special menu in honor of United States Veterans Initiative. Offered December 2 through December 8, this exceptional menu is priced at $20 (excluding tax and gratuity) and features:

Prix Fixe Menu

Choose one item from each of the following

Small Plates

Golden Calamari

Lightly breaded, served with a side of San Marzano tomato sauce and fresh lemon.

Gram’s Meatball Lollipops

Secret family recipe of pork, beef, and veal, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside served lollipop style. 

Insalata

Mediterranean

Chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red peppers, garbanzo beans, red onion, pepperoncinis, kalamata olives, feta, house vinaigrette.

Caesar

Hearts of romaine lettuce in creamy garlic dressing, shaved parmesan reggiano.  

Pasta & Pane

Gram’s Spaghetti & Meatballs

Gram’s secret pork, beef, and veal meatballs in Dom’s famous San Marzano tomato sauce.

Brooklyn Chicken Sandwich

Breaded chicken cutlet, red peppers, provolone and tomato sauce.

20% of proceeds will benefit United States Veterans Initiative
