El Dorado Cantina Showcases Authentic Mexican Cuisine at New Upscale Restaurant and Bar
El Dorado Cantina, a new upscale 181-seat restaurant and bar close to the Las Vegas Strip at 3025 S. Industrial Road, will open to the public on Friday, June 20, and the grand opening is slated for July 24.
The concept will present authentic Mexican cuisine representing the regions of Mexico and its vast culinary traditions.
Created with a passion for good Mexican food, owners Darin Feinstein and Brett Talla are entrepreneurs with diverse business interests. Feinstein is a venture capitalist who created and co-owns Fat Bar on the Las Vegas Strip, combined with Fatburger, the highest grossing Fatburger franchise in the world, Red Mercury Entertainment and several other businesses. “We believe strongly that sustainably-raised products are of superior quality, and we will offer exclusively products from carefully-selected U.S. farms that are free of antibiotics, pesticides and steroids,” says Feinstein.

The Bar offers over 100 tequilas such as AsomBroso “Vintage” 11-Year aged and Clase Azul Ultra, delicious white, red and sparkling Sangrias house made with fresh fruits, assorted domestic, import beers, specialty craft beers including Samuel Pure Brewed Organic Lager, Day of the Dead IPA, wines, champagne, and bottle service.
The drink menu features Horchata, and refreshing, house-made fresh juices, including tamarind, hibiscus, pineapple, and seasonal watermelon and mango.
The décor is sophisticated with its rich brown woods, hand-woven deep red wall coverings, wrought-iron Mexican light fixtures adding a soft lighting ambiance, custom built-in lighted birch wood boxes showcasing premium Tequilas, several antique mirrors, and two beautifully-aged antique Mexican oak and copper doors hung near the bar.
El Dorado Cantina’s comfortable dining room has seating for up to 181 persons with leather booths, array of high-top six-person tables and plush leather couches in the lounge and a 25-person bar with its luxurious Macassar Ebony wood top.
The private dining room accommodates up to 40 persons and is available for banquets, parties, meetings and buyouts.

El Dorado plans to host numerous nightly events to showcase talented musicians with live music and deejays ranging from industry, ladies and ethnic-themed nights. Hours of operation through July 23 will be 10:00 am to 4:00 a.m. and starting July 24 the restaurant plans to be open 24 hours a day.
