Embrace Your Inner Child at the Springs Preserve’s 10th Annual Día del Niño Event April 27
A long-cherished celebration of children and childhood will come to life Saturday, April 27, as the Springs Preserve hosts its 10th annual Día del Niño (“Children’s Day”) event, from 12-5 p.m.

Observed worldwide at various times throughout the year, notably in countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, and Ecuador, Día del Niño is all about the little ones.

The family-friendly celebration will feature an exhibit of art by Latino artists, as well as art workshops, cooking demonstrations hosted by Boyd Gaming, Leticia’s Cocina, and Pinches Tacos, and live music and entertainment on two stages. Enjoy hours of fun for children of all ages, including a petting zoo and face painting, along with magicians, clowns, and plenty of traditional food, hands-on arts and crafts, and much more.

Admission is $6; children ages 2 and under are admitted free. Advance tickets are available at the Springs Preserve box office and at springspreserve.org.
