“We’re constantly inspired by the flavors and ambience of New Orleans so we’ve kicked up our Mardi Gras Happy Hour offerings to transport our guests to The Big Easy through our food,” said Labadie.

New offerings include tuna poke with yellowfin tuna, spicy soy, ginger and nori seaweed with taro chips; chilled seafood platter with shucked oysters, yellowfin tuna taro chips and Creole boiled shrimp with horseradish spiked cocktail sauce and watermelon mignonette; and angus beef sliders with house blended angus patties, Creole mayo, caramelized onions and housemade pickles on brioche buns.

Signature favorites like Emeril’s barbecued shrimp, crystal fried frog legs and classic shrimp cocktail remain on the menu, starting at $8, in addition to Emeril’s unparallelled selection of raw oysters from the raw bar. Drink specials are also available on house cocktails, beer and wine.

Mardi Gras Happy Hour runs daily from 2-6 p.m. and 9:30-close. Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m.- 4p.m. and dinner 4-10 p.m. For reservations, call 702.891.7374 or visit emerilsrestaurants.com/emerils-new-orleans-fish-house.
