Family Fun Day at National Atomic Testing Museum August 10

The National Atomic Testing Museum (NATM) is hosting a Family Fun Day with a focus on science themed exploration on August 10, 2013. 

Admission into the event will include entrance into the main museum, half-off discount for the Area 51 exhibit, and participation in interactive science experiments.  Educational stations will include hands on activities in chemistry, biology, geology and more.  Those in attendance will be able to explore the magic of dry ice, participate in an archaeological dig, create their own moon sand or alien slime, and much much more!

• Family Fun Days at the National Atomic Testing Museum give local families a chance to explore educational themes in our Smithsonian Affiliated Exhibit at a reduced entry fee.
• Tickets may be purchased on the day of the event at admissions, at a cost of $15 per family of 5 ($6 per additional person ages 7 and up).
• Entrance into the Area 51: Myth or Reality Exhibit will be half-off ($3 per person) with family admission purchase this day only.
