The special menus will offer traditional Bavarian dishes that will make guests feel at home this holiday including:
Christmas Eve:
- Split Pea Soup with Frankfurter Sausage – garnished with croutons and chives
- Half Roast Duck with Orange Sauce – served with potato dumplings and red cabbage
- “Gebackener Tortenbrie” – Breaded brie cheese fried golden brown, served with winter salad bouquet garnished with fresh parsley and cranberries
- Warm Holiday Bread Pudding “Black Forest” – served with chocolate ice cream, holiday spiced cherries and whipped cream
Christmas Day:
