Pancho’s will host a birthday celebration in its hacienda-style cantina with happy hour offerings from 2 – 7 p.m., as well as $3 tacos available from 5 – 9 p.m. Tacos priced at $3 each include shredded beef, shredded chicken or ground beef, each topped with diced tomatoes, lettuce and shredded cheese and served in a crispy, golden taco shell. Coinciding with the Vegas hockey home opener, Pancho’s will broadcast the hockey game on high-definition televisions throughout its spacious cantina.

Pancho’s happy hour offerings include $3 off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3 off house wines; as well as reduced pricing on select appetizers, including taquitos dorados, five crispy taquitos filled with shredded chicken served flautas-style, garnished with guacamole, sour cream, salsa verde especial and sprinkled with Cotija cheese; and artichoke and jalapeño con queso, prepared with a variety of melted cheeses, artichoke hearts and slices of jalapeño, served in a skillet with warm tostadita chips.

Other taco selections include tacos de langosta, two corn tortillas filled with seasoned and grilled lobster tail, topped with shredded cheese, cilantro, lettuce, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans; and beer-battered fish tacos, two corn tortillas filled with crispy Mahi-Mahi, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans.
