Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn Foundation Host Video Game Competition for Young Patients

Local firefighters from the Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn foundation paired off with young cancer patients to race the streets of Mario Kart during the “Fight to Fire Cancer” Fundraiser on Saturday, July 31 (Photos Courtesy of Preferred Public Relations).

The event, which was held at the Children’s Center for Cancer & Blood Diseases of Las Vegas, featured a video game competition, food, prizes and a tour of the fire trucks. Firefighter Jonathan Campos and Juan Figueroa were the winning team.
