‘Fizz’ the Season to Celebrate Mom at Pancho’s Mother’s Day Brunch with Complimentary Champagne and Live Music

All mothers and guests who purchase an entrée will be treated to complimentary champagne during brunch hours from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. In honor of the holiday, smooth jazz artist, Grant Peacock, will serenade brunch-goers on the piano inside Pancho’s festive cantina.

Guests who dine in may enjoy signature brunch items including Huevos Divorciados, two eggs cooked over medium separated by a beef enchilada, topped with a chunky poblano sauce, Cotija cheese, sliced avocado and sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans, priced at $17.95; and the Especial de Cabo, chunks of chicken mixed with sautéed shrimp, genuine crab meat, onions and tomatoes blended with herbs and wine, topped with melted cheese, diced avocado and tomatoes, served with Mexican style Rice and beans, priced at $22.95.
