Fresh52 Farmers’ Markets to Host Three Sunday Suppers by Chef Mayra from Pura Vida Vegas at Tivoli Village
At Tivoli Village, Fresh52 Farmers’ Markets will present three Sunday Suppers by Chef Mayra October through December. Each will be a Farm-To-Table vegan style meal with wine, entertainment, music and dancing. A different community charity each time will be the beneficiary.
The first Sunday event will be Oct.16 from 4-7 p.m. with the theme “Otoño Romántico” (Romantic Autumn), a “Love & Local” menu, and HAVLV – Hearts Alive Village Las Vegas as the charity. The second dinner will be on Nov.13 from 4-7 p.m. with the theme “Happy ThanksLiving, A Life Celebration,” a “Family & Friends Celebration” menu, and Create a Change Now at the beneficiary.
The final event will be a brunch on Dec. 18 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. with the theme “Holiday Farmhouse & Cocktails,” a “Giving from the Heart” menu, and Project 150 as the nonprofit helping more than 2,500 homeless, displaced and disadvantaged high school students in our community.

Vegan powerhouse Chef Mayra is often referred to as “Dr. Flavor.” She’s been in the food industry for more than 15 years, was trained in the classic culinary arts, and has certifications in sport nutrition, macrobiotic cooking, as well as, vegan, holistic, and Feng Shui cuisine. She started her career as a cook and early had the opportunity to work under two great Caribbean chefs, who shared with her the secrets of cooking with Caribbean Spices and the luscious flavors of Southern Cuisine.
Chef Mayra started Las Vegas’ first and only 100 percent cruelty-free Las Vegas restaurant meaning all the food prepared is made from the most wholesome, fresh and local ingredients available and animal-free.
