G2E 2008 Welcomes World Series of Poker
Gaming industry professionals will be able to join in the fun as Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2008 welcomes the World Series of Poker (WSOP), the largest and most recognizable poker tournament in the world, for a lineup of charity poker tournaments. G2E 2008 is scheduled for Nov. 18-20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The WSOP will host a total of five 90-minute tournaments throughout the course of G2E 2008, offering poker enthusiasts and celebrities a poker experience to be remembered. While the players will use no-value tournament chips and no prizes will be awarded, participants will be able to claim bragging rights and the knowledge they are supporting a good cause, as all proceeds from registration fees will go to the National Center for Responsible Gaming.
Space is limited to 130 players, and participants must be registered to attend the G2E 2008 trade show or any of the G2E 2008 conferences. The registration fee is $125 per seat.
