Gastronomic Affair to Remember at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa

JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa’s culinary team is gearing up for the city’s second Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation to be held Thursday, Nov. 13 beginning at 7 p.m. in Ceres Restaurant. Celebrity Chef Mike Lata, co-owner of FIG Restaurant in Charleston, S.C., will be flying in to collaborate on this one-of-a-kind dining event with JW Marriott Executive Chef Bruce Knapik.

“It has been such a pleasure designing the menu for this very special affair and I am looking forward to working alongside the resort’s team of professionals including Executive Chef Bruce Knapik to showcase some of my favorite dishes to the Las Vegas community,” said Lata.

The Celebrity Chef Tour menu includes:
