Haute Doggery Hosts Adoption Event Benefiting Local Animal Rescue in Honor of National Pet Week
Haute Doggery
hosted a “haute dog” adoption event at The LINQ Promenade in honor of National Pet Week May 1-7 with the Las Vegas Hot-Diggity Dachshund Club & Rescue (LVHDDCR) benefiting the local non-profit and its mission to “save the world, one wiener at a time” (Photo credit: Freedle/Block 16 Hospitality).

Las Vegas locals and tourists alike greeted the eligible dachshund adoptees and stopped to “pose with a pooch” for a $1 donation and promenade neighbor Photo & Go provided prints in support.

Inspired by the wiener dog and its origin, Block 16 Hospitality Executive Chef Anthony Meidenbauer created an exclusive Dachshund Dog to go towards today’s fundraising efforts featuring a steamed frank, sauerkraut, crispy onions and mustard with a portion of the proceeds benefiting LVHDDCR.

Haute Doggery awarded one lucky social media winner a $50 gift card to enjoy signature “Haute” and “Retro” favorites from the gourmet menu and its offerings.

Haute Doggery is open Sunday through Thursday 10 a.m. to midnight and open late on weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Follow them on Twitter @HauteDoggeryLV and Facebook at Facebook.com/HauteDoggeryLV or visit Hautedoggerylv.com for more information.
