Henderson Fire Department Hosts Open House During EMS Week
The Henderson Fire Department
invites residents to celebrate Emergency Medical Services Week by stopping in for tours of the Fire Training Center and Fire Station 82, hands-only CPR classes every hour, and demonstrations of equipment used by firefighters to save lives. 

Admission to the event and CPR classes are free.

EMS Week recognizes and honors the men and women that provide emergency medical services to the community. Henderson firefighters/paramedics responded to more than 22,000 calls for emergency medical services and transported more than 13,000 patients to hospitals in 2014.

May 17-23, 2015 is the forty-first national EMS Week. Emergency medical service providers around the country will be celebrated for the key role they play in keeping their communities healthy and safe.

WHEN: Saturday, May 23, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
