Hendrick’s Gin Brings its Cucumber-Slicing Truck (The Grand Garnisher) to Bonefish Grill July 12

Hendrick's Gin Brings its Cucumber-Slicing Truck (The Grand Garnisher) to Bonefish Grill July 12
Hendrick’s Gin
will be bringing its Grand Garnisher truck tour to the Las Vegas Bonefish Grill for a night of beautifully garnished cocktails. The Grand Garnisher, which slices cucumbers, is Hendrick’s Gin ode to the vegetable, as the Scottish gin brand is infused with cucumber and rose.

So how does a truck slice cucumber? It’s actually quite the spectacle to behold. A gentleman on a penny-farthing bike on top of the truck speed-pedals to get the conveyor belt going, feeds the cucumber into a French horn, which sends the cucumbers down the line, eventually making their way over to the slicer that cuts clean eighth-inch cucumber slices onto the conveyor belt.

Guests will then be given a cup with freshly sliced cucumbers to take into the restaurant where Bonefish Grill mixologists will incorporate them into refreshing cocktails featuring Hendrick’s gin:

  • Cucumber Collins – cucumber infused gin & tonic with basil
  • Blackberry Bramble – a two-toned cocktail made with blackberry puree and fresh lemon juice, garnished with cucumber
  • Hendrick’s & Tonic – classic gin & tonic garnished with cucumber slices

WHEN:
Thursday, July 12 from 6-8 p.m.

WHERE:
