Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas Goes Big for National Bratwurst Day with Giant Sausage Aug. 16
Don’t be the wurst; celebrate the best! National Bratwurst Day is just around the corner and Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is commemorating the holiday with a giant sausage.
The special menu item will be available for one day only on Friday, Aug. 16, when bratwurst fans can participate in the revelry by being on their wurst behavior, while enjoying Bavarian fare and refreshing Hofbräu brews inside the iconic Bavarian beer hall and garden.
A limited-edition specialty dish, the Giant Sausage is a two-foot-long jalapeño-cheddar brat served on a toasted extra-large baguette alongside a heaping pound of crispy french fries.
Wash the plate down with a world-famous Hofbräu beer, imported directly from Munich. From its signature full-bodied, bottom-fermented Lager to refreshing Hefe Weizen and rich Dunkel, the beers are brewed according to the 500-year-old Purity Law of 1516, which gives the perfect flavor to every sip.
