Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas Offers Authentic Bavarian Fare & Specialty Menu During Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest
, the world’s biggest beer party, marks its celebrated return to Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas this month. In addition to delicious brews, guests can enjoy specialty Bavarian menu items throughout the Oktoberfest celebration (Pictured: Pork Shank).

Surprisingly, Oktoberfest isn’t just about the beer. Before the celebration had its own beer, taverns and “eating houses” (including the original Hofbräuhaus) served delicious Bavarian fare to revelers. With flavors guaranteed to fuel you best during the fest, Hofbrauhaus will serve a unique dish each day of the week during Oktoberfest:

  • Monday: Biergulasch: Tender beef braised in goulash spices and HB dark beer $20
  • Tuesday: Bier Bratl “Oktoberfest”: Pork roast with onion beer gravy $20
  • Wednesday: Braumeister Schnitzel Combo: Pan-fried breaded pork cutlet and bratwurst schnitzel $20
  • Thursday: HB Räucherplatte: A variety of smoked Bavarian meats and sausages $20

The 15th annual Oktoberfest celebration at Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas runs September 14 through October 31 and will feature Oktoberfest stein-holding contests every weekend, live entertainment, bar games, prizes and more. Guests are encouraged to join in on the fun by wearing their favorite traditional Bavarian garb.

In what has become a highly-anticipated tradition every year, the restaurant’s Oktoberfest will feature celebrity keg tappers every weekend starting Friday, Sept. 14 with Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman and Vegas Golden Knights broadcasters. Other confirmed keg tappers this season include musician Frankie Moreno on Saturday, Sept. 15; the cast of “FANTASY” on Friday, Sept. 21; stars of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s show “Raiding the Rock Vault” on Saturday, Sept. 22; hypnotist Anthony Cools on Friday, Sept. 28; “Las Vegas Now” host Courtney Perna on Saturday, Sept. 29; celebrity magician Murray SawChuck on Saturday, Oct. 5; comedian and juggler Jeff Civillico on Saturday, Oct. 6; Las Vegas Golden Knights host and “Magic Mike Live” emcee Mark Shunock on Friday, Oct. 12; longtime Las Vegas headliner Zowie Bowie on Saturday, Oct. 13; performers from “The Australian Bee Gees Show” on Friday, Oct. 19; stars of “Chippendales” on Saturday, Oct. 20; “I Love the ‘90s – The Las Vegas Show” headliners All-4-One on Friday, Oct. 26;  and professional BMX rider Ricardo Laguna on Saturday, Oct. 27.

Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is the only place in Las Vegas where beer lovers can taste the same Oktoberfestbier that is served at the Oktoberfest in Munich. The full-bodied lager is brewed to perfection and sports a 6.3 percent alcohol by volume. Oktoberfestbier is imported from the same batches made for the Oktoberfest tent in Munich to Hofbräuhaus locations across the country. Luckily, you don’t need to go to Munich to enjoy this famous flavor. Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas alone serves an average of 22,500 liters per month—that’s 5,943 gallons.

The Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is the first German/Bavarian beer hall and restaurant in Las Vegas which creates a true Bavarian beer hall experience that is even more than a dining adventure. No ordinary restaurant, Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is an energetic party daily, with authentic German bands, boisterous sing-alongs, dancing in the aisles and on the benches, and premium Hofbräu beer. From its hand-painted ceilings and live bands to its imported beer and delicious food, Bavarian hospitality abounds. Guests can savor schnitzel, sausages, sauerbraten, pretzels and so much more.
