Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas
is getting a jump start on 2020. The authentic Bavarian beer hall and garden will host an afternoon party on Tuesday, Dec. 31 to usher in the new year at 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, 12 a.m. Central European Standard Time, right alongside revelers in Munich, where the original Hofbräuhaus is located (Pictured: Surf & Turf New Year’s Eve).

The midday celebration, hosted by fan-favorite Las Vegas entertainers including Hans Klok, Murray SawChuck and Dani Elizabeth, Ricardo Laguna and cast members from CELESTIA, will begin at 1 p.m. The family-friendly party will include live entertainment, German food specials, raffle prizes and swag, in addition to a celebratory ball drop, ceremonial keg tapping and complimentary beer toast, which will take place at 3 p.m.

A three-course meal will be available and includes Graved Lachs (cured salmon on homemade Rösti served with creamy horseradish and dill), Hofbräuhaus Surf and Turf (seared beef tenderloin medallions and shrimp on green peppercorn sauce, served with au gratin potatoes and steamed broccoli) and Bavarian Cream with Marinated Berries.

Throughout the entire season, guests can order Glühwein, a traditional German mulled wine made with holiday spices, as well as the limited-edition, seasonal winter beer – a strong, rich Märzen-Style Lager that pairs perfectly with Bavarian cuisine. From its signature full-bodied, bottom-fermented Lager to refreshing Hefe Weizen and rich Dunkel, all Hofbräu beers are imported directly from Munich and brewed according to the 500-year-old Purity Law of 1516, which gives the perfect flavor to every sip.

On Wednesday, Jan. 1, starting at 11 a.m., Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas will host a New Year’s Day Recovery Brunch, where guests can enjoy the restaurant’s signature Bloody Mary made with vodka and a choice of the establishment’s award-winning beers.

Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays until midnight. Reservations are highly recommended. To make a reservation, please call 702.853.BEER (2337) or visit HofbrauhausLasVegas.com.
