Executive Chef Jose Navarro will prepare his savory short-rib ravioli filled with tender short-rib, topped with roasted seasonal vegetables and served in a decadent red wine demi-sauce, priced at $24. Guests may also enjoy signature ravioli day dishes like the cheese-filled ravioli alla vodka, topped with zesty vodka tomato cream sauce, priced at $19. From heart-shaped ravioli to commemorate Valentine’s Day to surf ‘n’ turf ravioli to ring in the New Year, Navarro’s creative ravioli dishes are a specialty for the seasoned chef.
