Hussong’s Cantina Spices Up Summerlin with Second Vegas Location, Now Open
Hussong’s Cantina is spicing up Summerlin’s restaurant scene with a hybrid location of the popular Mexican restaurant (Pictured: Ribeye Tacos).
Now open in Boca Park Fashion Village, Hussong’s new fast-casual dining experience gives a fun twist on classic Mexican favorites with diverse taco options, a full-service bar and the award-winning Original Margarita. Debuting just in time for the summer, guests can also kick back and enjoy delicious food and drinks on the spacious, outdoor patio.
“At Hussong’s we’re continuing to evolve and always want to create a fun dining atmosphere to match our guests’ diverse interests and tastes,” said Scott Frost, President of Titan Brands. “We’re excited to open our third location in Nevada, and introduce Chef Noe’s unique Mexican fare to Summerlin.”
Hussong’s new location offers a wide-variety of classic, specialty and veggie tacos. Specialty tacos include Kung Pow Shrimp with creamy garlic chili sauce, cabbage mix and agave roasted peanuts; Achiote Ribeye with guacamole, radish, pickled chile guero, onions and micro greens; Grilled Salmon with cucumber and roasted pepper mix, Sriracha aioli and micro greens; and seared Pork Belly with raddichio cabbage mix, maple bacon aioli and chicharones.
For non-meat eaters, the Shrooms taco features a beer battered Portobello, tahini yogurt sauce, kale, habanero rings and pamesean cheese. Diners can also enjoy an array of classic Mexican sides to go alongside their tacos including Hussong’s famous street style corn, cilantro rice, beans and more. Additionally, all of the eatery’s tacos can be served as a salad or rice bowl, and vegan options are available upon request.
Hussong’s Cantina located at Boca Park Fashion Village in Summerlin will be open daily from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. Patio dining or indoor seating available.
