Specialty selections include curry and saffron rice, a medium grain rice cooked in a curry saffron stock; Spanish rice, made with tomato, fresh onion and garlic; fried rice, a delicious blend of egg, soy sauce and fresh green onion; and brown rice, a small grain sushi rice flavored with a house-made vinegar blend. Itsy Bitsy’s rice bowl selections include vegetable, priced at $9; chicken teriyaki, chicken katsu, and chashu, each priced at $9.75; and salmon, priced at $10.75.

Itsy Bitsy: Ramen and Whisky, located at 150 N. Las Vegas Blvd. at the base of The Ogden, offers an array of create-your-own ramen bowls and rice dishes, as well as several hand rolls and more than a dozen Asian-inspired appetizers.
