Join Nu Sanctuary for “Family Meal” Crafted by Las Vegas’ Top Chefs

Nu sanctuary, the imaginative new restaurant at Town Square, presents “Family Meal,” a monthly gathering of Las Vegas’ finest chefs and hard-working back-of-the-house staff. Nu sanctuary will host the inaugural “Family Meal” on Monday, July 19, at 7 p.m.

The first “Family Meal” guests will be treated to a five-course meal prepared by highly-respected chefs Adam Sobel, executive chef of RM Seafood, and Gary LaMorte, executive chef of Andre’s at Monte Carlo. “Family Meal” is open to the public, and priced at $100 per person. Guests that are currently employed as a back-of-the-house staff member at a restaurant will receive a reduced rate of $75 per person.

“Family Meal’s” mouthwatering, five-course dinner will include: terrine of veal sweet breads, foie gras and sea urchin, Vancouver Island ivory salmon and Pennsylvania leg of lamb two ways, ending with a sweet finish of caramel popcorn prepared three ways: liquid, air and nitro. Each course will also be accompanied by a wine pairing selected by nu sanctuary’s expert, in-house mixologist Alex V., who will also prepare a mix of classic cocktails with an avant garde twist.
