Junkyard Jam to Benefit Local Dog Rescues at The Sahara Lounge Saturday, Jan. 20
Revolution Radio 2.0
proudly announces the first-ever Junkyard Jam, hosted at The Sahara Lounge on Saturday, Jan. 20, at 5:30 p.m. The rockin’ fundraiser will benefit several local organizations that rescue breeds who’ve been unfairly labeled “Bad to the Bone,” including Vegas Shepherd Rescue, Rottweilers of Las Vegas Rescue, and The Churchill Foundation

Guests can bid on silent auction and raffle items like an autographed guitar. Cover is a $10 donation or more. Open bar can be purchased for $10 for women, and $25 for men.

German Shepherds, Rottweilers, and Pit Bulls are among the breeds targeted by apartment complexes, property managers, and even entire cities, as breed restrictions are increasingly enforced locally and nation-wide. Organizations like Vegas Shepherd Rescue, Rottweilers of Las Vegas Rescue, and The Churchill Foundation rescue these misunderstood breeds from highly stressful situations – usually from high-kill animal shelters – shelter and rehabilitate them, and make sure they go to a loving fur-ever home tailored to their specific needs.
